Hello guys we’re back at Around the Web and this week we bring to you 5 awesome chicken thigh recipes that will melt in your mouth. I have to say that chicken is not my favorite meat as it’s pretty bland and if not cooked right it can get dry, fast, especially the breast. I am a meat lover and thus prefer strong flavor meats as lamb or beef but If I do have to have chicken I’ll always choose a juicy chicken thigh over a piece of breast.  Chicken thighs stay juicy until the end as they contain more fat and thus more flavor. So get your thighs out and start cooking, juicy, melt in your mouth chicken right now.

Love+Food: One-pot Paprika Chicken Thighs by Reluctant Entertainer

The Reluctant Entertainer is up with a one-pot paprika chicken thigh recipe that we all love. How can you not love a one-pot dish? Easy to cook, full body flavor, melt in your mouth! need I say more? Spice up your thighs first and hit them with that smoky paprika before you brown them in your pan. Brown thighs, set aside until you soften the baby vegetables, cover with wine and stock, add the thighs back and just wait for 30 mins. I think that is pretty straight forward. Don’t you? Just wait until you sprinkle the fresh thyme stir and TASTE. You’ll see that all flavors mix together in a rich blend of warm, comforting delight. Don’t miss out!

Spicy Chicken Thighs with Sweet and Tangy Honey Glaze by Once Upon a Chef

Once upon a Chef brought back an old Cooking Light favorite. Chicken thighs spiced up in aromatics and covered with a cider vinegar and honey glaze. Just thinking of all the flavors makes my mouth water. First the chicken is infused with garlic, chilly, paprika, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. That sounds awesome just as it is, doesn’t it? Now just place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and under the broiler they go. You’re almost there, bare with me. In a bowl, mix cider vinegar and honey for the glaze and just lightly coat the thighs from time to time. Just try it, this chicken thigh dish is packed with flavor and will melt in your mouth.
